  My programs stress the importance of remaining calm and reassuring in a crisis situation (if you lose it, everyone loses it). I teach employees how to look at the whole scene of an emergency while continuing to give care to the victim. My presentations bring years of experience in the field of emergency services, which includes Supervisor of Instruction at the American Red Cross in Philadelphia and as a professional EMT and firefighter (I don't bore you with stories).   Training is done on new, state-of-the-art manikins that signal when the student is providing correct compressions with lights and clicks. This is one of the best training and certification tools in the industry. I am receiving so much positive feedback from both participants and employers.
